智通财经APP讯，华润置地(01109)发布公告，截至2026年2月28日止一个月，本公司及其附属公司(本集团)实现总合同销售金额约人民币100.5亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约28.7万平方米，分别按年减少25.6%及50.9%。2026年前2月累计合同销售金额约人民币217.0亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约65.5万平方米，分别按年减少13.5%及38.9%。
2026年2月，本集团经常性收入约人民币45.4亿元，按年增长7.1%，其中，经营性不动产业务租金收入约人民币31.9亿元，按年增长17.1%。2026年前2月累计经常性收入约人民币90.5亿元，按年增长7.9%，其中，经营性不动产业务租金收入约人民币63.0亿元，按年增长15.4%。
