智通财经APP讯，泛远国际(02516)公布，该集团预期取得(i) 2025年度收益约人民币18亿元至人民币22亿元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度减少约40% 至26%，主要由于美国关税政策变动，导致集团运往美国的货量有所减少;及(ii)公司2025年度的拥有人应占盈利预计将少于人民币1000万元，较去年减少至少约85.6%，主要由于上述总收益减少及2025年度全资营运附属公司的商誉减值亏损增加。公司管理层强调，与2025年度上半年相比，集团下半年的收益及净利润均显著改善。该改善主要由于与集团主要长期客户的合作深化及成本管理措施完善且有效。
