智通财经APP讯，香江电器(02619)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的净利润介乎约人民币5000万元至5300万元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度的净利润约人民币1.40亿元减少约62.3%至64.4%。
本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度净利润减少乃主要由于下列因素的综合影响：2025年，在全球贸易环境的不确定性增加与美国关税政策升级等因素影响下，小家电传统美国市场总体需求趋弱。根据中华人民共和国海关总署发布的数据，2025年，中国家用电器出口金额为约6,888.50亿元，同比下降 3.3%。因此，本集团2025年总收入有所下降;本公司在印度尼西亚及泰国建设的海外生产基地2025年开始陆续投产，产能尚处于爬坡阶段，当地供应链不完善导致综合成本上升，对本集团2025 年净利润产生一定的影响。长期来看，海外生产基地实现量产将加强供应链稳定性，完善本公司全球化产能布局; 2025年，产品结构的变化对整体毛利率水平造成了负面影响;及受汇率波动影响，本公司于2025年录得汇兑损失，而2024年则为汇兑收益，对当期净利润产生一定的负面影响。
