智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，美国、日本及欧盟计划在未来几周内宣布相关方案，为达成一项关键矿产贸易协定奠定基础。
知情人士表示，美国贸易代表办公室(USTR)一直主导着与欧盟及日本就该框架进行的谈判，并将继续领导该贸易协议的磋商。该协议旨在设定关键材料的价格底线和关税，以应对来自中国的任何市场行为。
根据今年 2 月的一份报告，美国已经开发出一套关键矿产价格底线机制，并正向盟友推广。目前，特朗普政府及 50 多个国家正寻求减少对亚洲这些资源供应的依赖，因为这些资源被认为对国家安全至关重要。
长期以来，业界人士一直考虑为关键矿产设立价格底线，以保护非中国企业免受“倾销市场”的影响，因为这种行为会压低西方公司的利润。
