　　广合科技（01989）首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价71.88港元，共发行4600万股股份，每手100股，全球发售所得款项净额约31.75亿港元。截至发稿，股价上涨56.79%，现报112.70港元，成交额10.677亿港元。

　　公开资料显示，广合科技主要从事研发、生产及销售应用于算力服务器及其他算力场景的定制化PCB。根据弗若斯特沙利文数据，以2022年至2024年算力服务器PCB累计收入计，广合科技在全球算力服务器PCB制造商中排名第三，在中国制造商中排名第一，全球市场份额达到4.9%。

　　值得注意的是，深交所公告，因广合科技港交所上市不适用价格稳定期机制，且相应A股上市满10个交易日，将广合科技调入港股通名单，3月20日起生效。
