智通财经APP获悉，在美国制药巨头礼来公司(LLY.US)上诉成功后，英格兰药品价格监管机构将不得不重新审视其此前做出的决定——即排除在国家医疗服务体系(NHS)中使用该公司的阿尔茨海默病药物。
英国国家医疗服务体系卓越研究所(NICE)现在将重新评估其最初的指南。该机构此前认为，多奈单抗(donanemab)带来的益处不足以证明其在公共医疗服务体系中的价格是合理的。该药物以 Kisunla 为商号销售，虽然已在英国获准使用，但目前仅限私人医疗渠道提供。
礼来公司在周五的一份声明中表示，监管机构需要考虑多项问题，包括无偿护理者的成本、该药物的长期数据以及用于输液成本的预估值。
NICE 负责评估新药的成本效益。该机构在 2024 年表示，多奈单抗的价格以及所需的密集监测，超过了其为患者提供的相对较小的获益。临床试验显示，该疗法能将阿尔茨海默病的进展减缓四到七个月。
此前，NICE 也曾以成本为由，拒绝在 NHS 中使用卫材和百健公司(BIIB.US)开发的阿尔茨海默病治疗药物仑卡奈单抗(lecanemab)。
