智通财经APP讯，鸿承环保科技(02265)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(年内)将取得约人民币8800万元至约人民币8900万元的本公司拥有人应占溢利，较2024年12月31日止年度所取得的本公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币6000万元增加约46.7%至约48.3%。本集团预期年内将取得收益约人民币3.25亿元，较2024年同期收益约人民币2.34亿元增加约39.1%。
董事会认为本公司拥有人应占溢利及本集团收益增加主要及共同归因于：本集团主要产品硫精矿及硫酸的销售价格在年内上涨，带动本集团整体收益与盈利水平显著提升。本集团的毛利率由截至2024年12月31日止年度的约56.3%上升至年内的约59.7%;及本集团于年内第四季度开始生产销售硫酸下游新产品(即氨基磺酸及硫镁肥)，为年内收益带来新增贡献。然而，年内行政开支和研发相关开支的增加，部分抵销了本公司拥有人应占溢利的同比增幅。
