ChainCatcher 消息，据 CriptoNoticias 报道，巴拉圭国家禁毒秘书处（Senad）联合美国律师协会法治倡议组织及检察院高等研究所，在亚松森 Sheraton 酒店举办题为"瓦解犯罪与恐怖主义金融网络"的研讨会，旨在强化安全执法人员识别和打击利用比特币（BTC）及其他加密货币进行资金隐匿的犯罪组织的技术能力。
研讨会重点分析了三国边境地区跨国犯罪网络向数字化转移的趋势，并涉及与真主党相关融资网络的"Trapiche 行动"案例。玻利维亚警察总指挥官 Mirko Sokol 将军在会上披露，乌拉圭毒枭 Sebastián Marset 被捕后，其住所未发现大量现金，相关交易主要通过加密货币进行。
巴拉圭税务总局（DNIT）已于 3 月 11 日发布第 47/26 号决议，要求加密货币交易平台详细报告每笔交易信息，包括钱包地址、所用网络及交易哈希值。
