格隆汇3月17日丨河钢资源(000923.SZ)公布，因露天坑及周边汇水涌入公司矿井，导致铜一期、铜二期部分巷道积水，造成部分关键设施受淹(无人员伤亡)。PC公司于灾害发生初期暂停了厂区地下矿的生产与建设活动，集中力量开展井下排水、设备检修及安全隐患排查工作。截至目前，铜一期井下排水作业已完成，现已恢复生产。鉴于井下曾受水淹影响，为确保生产安全，当前实行低负荷运行，产量将根据现场安全状况稳步、逐步提升。铜二期因作业区域位于更深水平，排水进度相对较慢，目前仍在开展排水作业，预计于四月初完成排水。 截至本公告日，公司地表堆存磁铁矿约1亿吨。目前，地面磁铁矿的生产与发运工作正常，预计全年销售量1000万吨。鉴于本次事件对井下开采作业造成干扰，预计将对公司年度铜产品产销计划产生不利影响，具体影响程度尚需结合后续复产情况综合评估。公司将持续督导PC公司在确保安全前提下有序推进铜产品复产，并根据相关规定，在定期报告或临时公告中及时披露相关进展。
