公司依托在稀土永磁材料产业链的资源与优势，通过与专业投资机构合作参与产业基金的方式，进一步完善公司产业链布局，促使公司业务经营和资本运营达到良性互补，提升公司综合竞争力。同时，充分借助外部专业投资机构的资源优势、管理经验及完善的风险控制体系，帮助公司及时把握投资机会，降低投资风险，有助于提高公司对外投资的质量，为公司及公司股东创造更多价值。
本次参与投资天津创能基金的资金来源于公司自有资金，不会对公司财务状况和经营成果产生不利影响，有利于促进公司战略目标实现，不存在损害公司及股东利益的情形。
