智通财经APP讯，国富量子(00290)发布公告，认购事项的所有条件均已达成，而完成已根据认购协议的条款及条件于2026年3月17日落实。十一名认购人(详情载于初始公告)根据认购协议的条款及条件，按认购价每股认购股份1.78港元认购合共约7.45亿股认购股份，相当于紧随完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大的本公司已发行股本约 7.23%。
据董事作出一切合理查询后所知、所悉及所信，十一名认购人(其中七名为独立专业个人投资者，四名为独立专业机构投资者)及(如适用)彼等各自的最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方，且概无认购人于完成后成为主要股东。
认购事项筹集的所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除认购事项的相关成本及开支后)分别约为13.26亿港元及13.21亿港元，将用于补充公告所载的用途。
