智通财经APP讯，恒达集团控股(03616)发布公告，董事会预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025年财年)将取得收入约人民币24亿元至人民币26亿元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年财年)的收入约人民币28亿元减少约5.9% 至13.1%;及董事会预计2025年财年将取得除税后亏损估计介乎人民币2亿元至人民币2.6亿元，而2024年财年则取得除税后亏损人民币2.64亿元。
预期2025年财年的收入将会减少，主要归因于年内中国物业市场持续萧条。尽管已推出多项支援措施，但市场情绪及购房者信心仍然低迷，导致成交量及价格的复苏速度低于预期。
2025年财年的预期亏损主要归因于于2025年财年，就持作出售或开发中待售物业价值下降而计提的拨备增加，导致毛利率下降。
