路透迪拜3月17日 - 标普全球评级表示，如果中东冲突进一步升级，海湾地区银行可能面临3070亿美元的国内存款外流。
标普的一份报告称，目前尚未发现海湾地区银行出现大规模外资或本地资金外流的迹象，自上月该地区爆发战争以来，这些银行表现出了较强的韧性。
但该评级机构补充称，若冲突长期持续，可能引发同一银行体系内资金向优质资产的转移，并导致更广泛的外部及本地资金撤离。
标普的基本情景假设是，美以对伊战争最激烈的阶段将持续两到四周，尽管其在3月16日的一份报告中承认，战事外溢与间歇性的安全事件可能会延续更长时间。
这场冲突对海湾地区的银行构成了前所未有的考验。在伊朗革命卫队威胁要袭击与美国和以色列有关联的经济中心和银行后，一些国际贷款机构已暂停了在阿联酋的大部分面向客户的业务。(完)
