路透香港3月18日 - 中国远洋海运集团旗下的码头业务分支--中远海运港口1199.HK周三公布，2025年度净利同比增长1.1%；公司表示，针对当前备受关注的中东局势，公司将及时采取相对措施以确保业务的稳健运营。

该公司主席朱涛在财报指出，2026年全球地缘政治形势依然复杂严峻，贸易格局不确定性持续存在，根据顾问机构德鲁里(Drewry)预测今年全球集装箱吞吐量增速将放缓至1.8%，在此背景下，公司将致力提升全球竞争力与可持续发展能力。

他表示，公司将优化全球发展布局及完善支线网络布局，并提升母公司双品牌航线在控股码头的覆盖率，深化与中远海运集团内部船队业务联动，从网络协同全面提升供应链韧性与服务附加值。

于2025年度，该公司的总吞吐量同比上升6.2%至1.53亿个标准箱，控股码头公司总吞吐量增1.8%至3,324.7万个标准箱。期内收入和净利分别增长11%及1.1%，至16.69亿美元及3.12亿美元。

董事会建议派发第二次中期股息每股0.01328美元，全年派息0.03256美元，派息比率维持40%。（完）
