央妈发的消息，收盘之后说坚定维护股票证券外汇市场金融市场的平稳运行。另外我们看到央妈也表态去实施好适度宽松的货币政策，我们可以看到在去年4月7号的时候，央妈也发了相对的利好，但是很快中央汇金通过ETF的方式不断的的情况下，把上证指数持续的有一个推高的一个过程，但是这个算政策底还是市场底，和讯投顾黄杰觉得它是一个政策底的一个过程，市场底要真金白银的进场，我们今天看一下啊盘中的时候跌破4000点，大概5000多家下跌，收盘之后4669家下跌，21,110亿的成交额。曾经说过如果在2万亿左右地量见地价，啊今天的暴跌的情况下普跌的情况下，布伦特原油冲到了112美元每桶，黄金白银下跌黄金跌破4700美元，每盎司，有色金属已经连续7天的下跌的状态，在下午的时候明显有护盘资金把强势把大盘回到了4000点，那么明天大概率会有一个反弹，但是反弹和反转要怎么来看？反弹的情况下一定是真金白银成交量重新回到2.8万亿或者2.9万亿，这个情况下，我觉得是一个见底的一个市场底的一个动作，但是这是一个政策底。政策底有没有真金白银介入，有没有赚钱效应，有没有持续的普涨？今天5000多家的杀跌，那么明天大概率会有反弹，但是如果没有量，我们还是要控制好仓位的。
