Freelancer (ASX:FLN) appointed Dylan Carter as chief financial officer, effective May 18, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Carter will succeed Neil Katz as CFO, with Katz staying until August to ensure a smooth transition, the filing said.
Carter most recently held the position of head of commercial analysis at Tyro Payments (ASX:TYR), the filing added.
