Riskified (RSKD) said Tuesday it has launched Dispute Resolve, an AI-powered tool designed to automate and streamline chargeback management for merchants, for Shopify (SHOP).

The company said the platform features a real-time dashboard that integrates with multiple payment gateways and an AI-driven evidence editor that reduces case preparation time to five minutes from over 30 minutes, allowing merchants to submit evidence and manage chargebacks.

Riskified said the tool also helps protect the full e-commerce lifecycle, including fraud prevention and abuse protection, helping merchants recover revenue and improve efficiency.

Brands such as Skullcandy are already using the Riskified Shopify app, the company added.
