ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，俄罗斯联邦税务局宣布，2025 年加密货币矿工将向国家缴纳约 5.67 亿卢布（约合 700 万美元）税款，其中 8400 万卢布为个人所得税，4.83 亿卢布为企业所得税。这一数字远低于此前预期的 60 亿卢布（约 7400 万美元）
官员指出，导致税收减少的因素包括：俄罗斯电价上涨、比特币网络全球算力高企、美元兑卢布汇率走低、比特币价格下跌以及矿业合法化程度有限。俄罗斯于 2024 年通过立法使挖矿合法化，要求法律实体和个体企业家向税务机关注册，但目前超过三分之二的矿业企业尚未注册。
