智通财经APP获悉，建滔系今日走低，截至发稿，建滔集团(00148)跌5.1%，报37.56港元；建滔积层板(01888)跌3.63%，报21.22港元。
消息面上，建滔集团宣布，拟折让约8.7%配售最多1.3亿股建滔积层板的股份，占建滔积层板于本公告日期已发行股本总额约4.15%。交易完成后，建滔集团对建滔积层板持股从71.10%降至66.95%，后者仍为其附属公司。
建滔集团承诺，自大宗交易协议日期起，直至配售完成后90日为止，不会再出售股份。公司认为，配售将增加股份在市场上的买卖流通量，扩阔股东基础，并将促进股份买卖更趋活跃，提升公司整体市场形象。
