南方财经3月20日电，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，博裕新智新产（宁波）股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）发生工商变更，新增宁德时代（300750）、深圳市腾讯产业投资基金有限公司、北京泡泡玛特文化创意有限公司等为合伙人，出资额由200万人民币增至约40亿人民币。博裕新智新产（宁波）股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）成立于2025年7月，执行事务合伙人为博裕天枢（宁波）自有资金投资有限责任公司，经营范围为股权投资。合伙人信息显示，该合伙企业现由博裕天枢（宁波）自有资金投资有限责任公司及上述新增合伙人等共同出资。
