智通财经APP获悉，银诺医药-B(02591)盘中跌超5%，截至发稿，跌2.17%，报21.62港元，成交额398.21万港元。
消息面上，3月18日，银诺医药-B发布公告，尽管用于治疗2型糖尿病的依苏帕格鲁肽α(即集团的核心产品)于中国及澳门商业化上市后，集团于2025年度取得收益约人民币1.315亿元(2024年：零)，集团预期本年度将取得亏损约人民币3.414亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得亏损约人民币1.747亿元。
公告称，本年度亏损增加主要由于研发开支增加约人民币1.033亿元，主要由于与依苏帕格鲁肽α的生命周期管理及临床开发相关的原材料、临床前研究、临床试验及工艺优化开销的增加，包括中国用于治疗肥胖及超重的IIb/III期临床试验及澳大利亚的II期临床研究；及销售及分销开支增加约人民币1.743亿元，主要归因于依苏帕格鲁肽α商业化上市后营销及推广开支增加，以及为支持市场开发扩充销售队伍导致雇员福利开支增加。
