Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals Activates Additional Hong Kong Site For Global Phase Three Knee Osteoarthiritis Study

Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals (ASX:PAR) said an additional international clinical trial site in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Center for Clinical Research, for its global phase three clinical study evaluating injectable pentosan polysulfate sodium in patients with knee osteoarthritis was activated, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The site started screening patients, with the study designed to enrol 466 participants globally.
Three clinical trial sites in Moldova are expected to be activated in the coming weeks.
Its shares rose 2% in recent trading on Friday.
