新浪科技讯 3月20日上午消息，近日，有消费者称，自己2019年9月29日购买的泡泡玛特HelloKitty45周年系列盲盒2026年3月16日才发货，“以为发错了”。
对此，泡泡玛特方面向新浪科技回应称，“该订单为抽盒机2019年9月所下订单，因当时顾客未留下默认地址，导致订单未能及时发出，我们为顾客保留了订单商品。2026年3月9日，该顾客重新登陆抽盒机小程序，购买了其他商品并留下了默认地址，因此3月16日系统给予自动发货。”（闫妍）
