- The Federal Communications Commission said it approved the $3.54 billion sale of local television station owner Tegna TGNA.N to Nexstar NXST.O despite objections from Democratic-led states.

- Tesla TSLA.O plans to begin shipping mass-produced Semis this summer from its Nevada Gigafactory after years of delays.

- Three people associated with artificial intelligence server maker Super Micro Computer SMCI.O, including its co-founder, were charged with helping smuggle at least $2.5 billion of U.S. AI technology to China in violation of export laws, the U.S. Justice Department said.
