ChainCatcher 消息，据官方文件显示，摩根士丹利为其比特币现货 ETF“Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust”（MSBT）提交 S-1/A 修正文件。该文件披露，该信托已通过出售 50,000 份种子份额（Seed Shares）筹集了 100 万美元种子资金，每股价格为 20 美元。
该 ETF 明确将同时支持现金与实物申购及赎回模式。披露的授权参与者除了常规的 Virtu Americas 和 Jane Street 外，还包括 Macquarie Capital。此外，Coinbase Custody 与纽约梅隆银行（BNY）共同担任比特币托管人，纽约梅隆银行还兼任管理人、现金托管人和转移代理。该信托需支付每年 2 万美元的固定受托费，且将不参与任何比特币分叉或空投。
