智通财经APP获悉，东曜药业-B(01875)再涨超11%，年内股价已实现翻倍，截至发稿，涨9.94%，报5.75港元，成交额2108.74万港元。
消息面上，药明合联宣布，药明合联对东曜药业的现金要约收购已取得东曜药业60%股权之有效接纳，股份要约已正式生效。通过本次控股收购，药明合联将进一步丰富项目组合、扩大客户群体，增强产能配置，持续稳固在全球ADC CRDMO领域的领先地位。
根据香港联交所披露的文件，3月17日，WuXi XDC Cayman Inc.以每股均价4.0港元场外增持东曜药业4.64亿股普通股股份，价值约18.55亿港元。增持后，其最新持股数目为4.64亿股股份，好仓比例由0.00%升至60.00%。
