新浪科技讯 3月20日上午消息，有媒体报道称，蔚来神玑与爱芯元智合作的芯片——M97成功流片后，神玑、爱芯元智正积极接触零跑、吉利等车企。除此之外，蔚来神玑与爱芯元智也在规划低端芯片。针对该消息，截至发稿前，蔚来方面暂无回应。

　　2023年12月，蔚来在NIO DAY上发布自主研发的首款智能驾驶芯片神玑NX9031，采用5nm制程。并于2025年4月在蔚来ET9车型正式量产上车；2025年6月，蔚来拆分自研芯片业务，成立安徽神玑；2025年11月，安徽神玑与爱芯元智、豪威集团共同成立合资公司“重庆创元智航科技有限公司”，对外提供服务。

　　蔚来汽车创始人、董事长李斌曾公开表示，神玑NX9031的性能相当于四颗英伟达Orin-X。他日前表示，希望蔚来自研的神玑大算力推理芯片能够给到更多的合作伙伴，包括汽车行业、具身智能行业等。李斌还透露，神玑公司第二颗面向更广泛客户的先进智能芯片已经流片成功，目前正在量产过程中。
