消息面上，3月18日，上海石化发布2025年年度业绩公告，该集团取得收入人民币755.13亿元(单位下同)，同比减少13.26%；归属于母公司股东的净亏损14.33亿元，同比盈转亏；每股亏损0.153元。公告称，2025年集团炼油产品销量与上年相比下降了9.62%，导致2025年集团营业收入较上年相比下降。
2025年国际原油价格震荡下跌，中国石油化工行业整体呈现偏弱运行态势，多数产品价格承压，结构性分化显着。截至2025年12月31日止，集团的炼油产品和化工产品的加权平均价格(不含税)与上年相比，分别下降了8.31%和13.36%。
