消息面上，冠轈控股此前宣布，拟斥资约1.4亿元认购广州豪特节能环保科技股份约5.3%股权。董事会确认目标公司为中国能源管理解决方案的领先供应商，专注于数据中心领域。目前，豪特节能正在冲刺港股IPO，其于2025年11月在港交所递交招股书。
公开资料显示，豪特节能提供全套能源管理解决方案，涵盖咨询服务、方案设计、设备选择与采购、项目整合与实施，以及系统维护。其服务广泛应用于各数据中心，包括AI运算数据中心、边缘数据中心、智慧工业园区、智能工厂及多功能商业综合体，满足跨领域多元场景需求。
