SK Minerals and Additives Acquires Additional Land in Ludhiana, India for Expansion; Shares Up 6%

Specialty chemicals manufacturer SK Minerals and Additives (BOM:544584) has acquired an additional 3.975 acres of adjoining land to its existing 5.6 acres of land in Ludhiana in Punjab, India, for its future expansion, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.

With this purchase, the company's total land holding at the location has increased to around 9.575 acres.

The company's shares were up over 6% in recent trade.
