消息面上，华宝国际此前发布公告，预计子公司华宝股份年度归母净利润为6500-9500万，同比扭亏为盈。。2024年度，华宝股份业绩亏损主要由于食用香精-烟草用香精相关资产组计提商誉减值损失。2025年度，华宝股份商誉不存在进一步重大减值风险。
国联民生证券发布研报称，华宝国际作为香精香料龙头，业务逐步摆脱单一客户依赖，有望进入2.0阶段。爆珠业务短期高增长，薄片业务长期弹性大，随全球HNB市场扩张有望持续增长。食品配料印尼工厂投产覆盖东南亚市场，国内奕方公司扭亏为盈，未来有望保持较高增速。若国内HNB放开且自主品牌NUSO发展，或成为潜在增量。
