智通财经APP讯，美丽华酒店(00071)发布2025年全年业绩，收入同比下跌9.7%至25.81亿港元;股东应占溢利约为6.78亿港元，按年下跌9.3%;股东应占基础溢利同比下跌16.2%至6.96亿港元;每股盈利及每股基础盈利分别为0.98港元及1.01港元;拟派发末期股息为每股30港仙。
公告称，回顾2025年，全球营商环境挑战重重。中美贸易摩擦急剧升温，商务旅客取消来港，营商信心及消费意欲均受制约。与此同时，港人北上消费趋势持续，对本港零售及餐饮市道构成结构性压力。尽管如此，香港全年实质本地生产总值仍录得3.5%的实质增长，全年访港旅客达4990万人次，按年上升12.0%，为集团业务提供一定支撑。
