ChainCatcher 消息，据财新网报道，中国数字人民币运营机构将进一步扩容，央行计划新增约 12 家商业银行接入数字人民币系统，承担钱包开立、兑换、支付处理等职能，并负责日常运营维护。
此前已有包括六大国有行在内的 10 家银行参与。数字人民币采用“央行中心化 + 商业银行双层运营”架构，人民银行负责发行、顶层设计和系统监管，指定运营机构负责前端服务以及反洗钱、客户识别等合规义务。随着数字人民币从“数字现金”升级为“数字存款货币”，商业银行参与积极性被认为将有所提升，数字人民币应用场景和覆盖机构有望同步扩展。
