智通财经APP获悉，3月18日，美国临床试验收录网站显示，吉利德科学(GILD.US)旗下公司Kite Pharma启动了KITE-753的首个III期临床试验。KITE-753是一款靶向CD19和CD20的双顺反子自体CAR-T细胞疗法。
该研究是一项随机、多中心、开放标签临床试验(n=550)，旨在评估KITE-753对比阿基伦赛(axicabtagene ciloleucel)治疗既往接受过一线治疗的复发或难治性大B细胞淋巴瘤(LBCL)患者的有效性和安全性。研究的主要终点是第6个月实现完全缓解(CR)的患者比例和36个月内的无事件生存期(EFS)。
结果显示，剂量3队列，在14例未接受过CAR-T细胞疗法治疗的患者中，11例实现CR，CR率为79%;总人群，在20例未接受过CAR-T细胞疗法治疗的患者中，14例实现CR，CR率为70%。
