格隆汇3月19日丨新鸿基公司(00086.HK)公布年度业绩，截至2025年12月31日止年度，总收入为人民币37.052亿元，同比减少0.29%；公司股东应占溢利为15.931亿港元，同比增长321.79%，基本每股盈利81.4港仙，拟宣派第二次中期股息每股15港仙。 2025年是集团发展历程中一个明确的转折点。随着战略转型完成，集团旗下三大业务平台－“另类投资方案”(前称“基金管理”)、“投资管理”及“信贷”互惠互补－已实现无缝合作并全面协同。此整合模式进一步提升经常性收入、盈利能力及资本效率，巩固本集团作为领先另类投资平台的地位。得益于稳健且具韧性的资产负债表，尽管基数较低，股东应占溢利按年增长超过三倍。 成本控制仍是集团的关键优势。于2025年，成本收益比率约为30%，除息税前盈利率约为50%，彰显了集团营运模式的优势，亦有助集团实现行业领先的目标。 集团继续透过主动的资产负债表管理举措，优化资本结构，包括在年内回购合共26.2百万美元的中期票据。自2022年以来，累计回购及赎回中期票据总额达460.3百万美元，令资本净负债比率降至25.8%。
