智通财经APP讯，建联集团(00385)发布公告，预期集团将于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得年内溢利较截至2024年的年内溢利8250万港元减少不多于65%。
董事会认为溢利净额下跌主要由于以下因素：(a)集团楼宇承造服务分类的收益及毛利减少，导致该分类取得经营亏损。此乃主要由于若干大型项目于2025年下半年大致完工，而新获授项目仍处于初步阶段，且贡献的溢利微薄;(b)受中美关税战影响，集团的塑胶及化工原料产品分类于年内的销售额及毛利减少，导致该分类取得经营亏损净额;(c)因应中国香港及中国内地物业市场疲弱，集团的物业价值撇减。尽管如此，集团整体财务状况仍然稳健。
