智通财经APP讯，来凯医药-B(02105)公布2025年业绩，实现收益约1.07亿元，毛利8641.9万元，研发费用约2.5亿元，同比增长16.17%;净亏损约2.29亿元，同比收窄9.82%。
公告称，2025年的收益来源于与齐鲁制药进行的LAE002(afuresertib)的对外授权交易。研发费用增长主要是由于ActRII产品组合(包括LAE102、LAE103及LAE123)的相关费用增加，及以权益结算的股份支付的付款开支增加。
截至2025年12月31日，公司已针对LAE102、LAE103、LAE002(afuresertib)、LAE001及LAE005启动七项临床试验，以解决肥胖症及癌症领域未被满足的医疗需求。
