智通财经APP讯，绿竹生物-B(02480)发布公告，袁颕欣女士(袁女士)已辞任本公司的联席公司秘书及根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第 3.05条的本公司的授权代表(授权代表)、香港法例第 622章《公司条例》第16部所规定本公司于香港的授权代表及上市规则第19A.13(2) 条所规定于香港接收法律程序文件及通知书的授权人士(法律程序代理人)， 自2026年3月18日起生效。
于袁女士辞任后，董事会进一步欣然宣布赖浩恩女士(赖女士)获委任为本公司的联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2026年3月18日起生效。刘斯宇先生(刘先生)将继续担任另一位联席公司秘书。
