智通财经APP讯，中国北大荒(00039)发布公告，本公司核数师(核数师)已通知本公司可能延迟刊发截至2025年12月31日止年度的年度业绩(2025年年度业绩)，原因在于截至2024年12月31日止年度的未支付审计费用尚未结清，致使核数师尚未展开截至2025年12月31日止年度的年度审计工作。2025年年度业绩的预期刊发日期须与核数师进一步评估及厘定，并将于适当时候另行公布。
根据上市规则第13.50条，倘发行人未能根据上市规则刊发定期财务资料，香港联合交易所有限公司通常会要求暂停发行人证券的买卖，而暂停买卖通常会持续至发行人刊发载有所需财务资料的公布为止。
董事会将于适当时候作出进一步公布，以告知股东有关2025年年度业绩刊发及本公司股份可能暂停买卖的任何最新进展。
