　　3月17日，中国工商银行作为牵头主承销商和牵头簿记管理人，成功支持欧盟最大金融机构法国巴黎银行在中国银行间债券市场发行50亿元双期限熊猫债。本次发行为法国巴黎银行首度亮相熊猫债市场，对持续深化中法金融领域互利合作具有积极意义。

　　本期债券分为3年期和5年期两个品种，其中3年期发行规模20亿元，5年期发行规模30亿元，吸引境内外投资人踊跃认购，彰显出国际金融机构对中国资本市场开放和人民币资产的信心。

　　中国工商银行是中国银行间债券市场重要的投资者、做市商和承销商，致力于为全球客户参与中国境内资本市场和人民币业务架设金融桥梁。多年来，工商银行参与全市场近半数熊猫债发行，2025年以来先后牵头主承销市场首单美资、英资和马来西亚金融机构熊猫债，承销规模位居市场前列。工商银行将继续发挥全球服务网络和跨境综合服务优势，依托“一带一路”银行间合作机制（BRBR）等多边合作平台，积极推动熊猫债产品创新，助力全球更多优质发行主体进入中国市场，为中国金融市场高水平对外开放积极贡献力量。
