智通财经APP获悉，健康160(02656)回吐超30%，值得注意的是，该股自3月9日入通之日起接连走高，仅7个交易日股价累涨1.15倍。上市仅半年时间股价则飙升高达11倍。截至发稿，跌30.4%，报105.7港元，成交额1.79亿港元。
消息面上，3月11日，健康160曾宣布依托“平台+AI智能体+运营”的一体化模式，正为医疗机构逐步部署“医疗数字员工”系统，推动以OpenClaw为代表的AI智能体在医疗场景的落地应用。随后，公司披露，截至2025年12月31日，集团在数字医疗健康解决方案业务方面取得积极进展。2025年度，集团与82家公立二甲及以上医院达成“160AI医院”运营合作，同比增长超过720%。其中，2025年第四季度新增合作公立医院达52家，实现环比420%的增长。
此外，3月16日，健康160原本将迎来首发解禁，但3月13日，公司发布公告称，股东自愿延长解禁期至9月16日。3月17日，健康160发布盈喜，预计2025年度将取得经调整净利润介乎人民币300万元至500万元，去年同期经调整净亏损为人民币3150万元。此为集团经调整净利润首次取得全年盈利。
