消息面上，新东方创始人俞敏洪近日出席2026亚布力企业家论坛第26届年会，并发表了演讲。俞敏洪表示，新东方在线转型东方甄选后，完全从零做起，目前年销售农产品和生活用品100多亿元，成为了一家小而美的公司。俞敏洪称，“如果做得好，东方甄选的规模会超过新东方。”
国信证券此前发布研报称，2025年12月，东方甄选新任孙进担任执行总裁。公司进行了一系列运营变革，如大力扩充直播矩阵，并开展“甄选的offer·新主播”选拔栏目；加速与新东方线下校区的合作；以及加速上新等等，有望驱动迭代进入新一轮成长。
