3月18日，中国平安宣布正式启动2026年春季校园全球招聘。平安集团将携手旗下寿险、产险、银行、健康险、证券、科技、好医生、北大医疗等10余家成员公司，面向全球高校开展超3000个校招岗位、1500个实习生岗位招聘，除金融外，开放大量科技、医疗、养老等岗位招聘。据悉，本次春招将通过线上系列直播、线下校园活动的形式开展，并在招聘全流程运用AI技术，提升在校学子的应聘体验和效率。
