智通财经APP讯，先施(00244)公布，该集团预期将于2025年财政年度取得股东应占亏损净额6300万港元至6500万港元，而2024年财政年度则取得股东应占亏损净额约4010万港元。
公告称，预期亏损净额增加，主要是由于并无2024年7月完成的物业出售收益(2024年财政年度：约3060万港元)。尽管毛利减少约 560万港元至约6360万港元(2024年财政年度：约6920万港元)，但集团于2025年财政年度的收益增加约290万港元至约1.342亿港元。此外，(i)2025年财政年度的一般及行政开支减少约730万港元至约4270万港元;及(ii) 2025年财政年度的财务成本减少约710万港元至约1600万港元，有助于部分抵销上述影响。
