智通财经APP获悉，3月19日，香港联交所发布声明指出，向中国龙天集团有限公司(01863)(前称思嘉集团有限公司)前执行董事黄万能先生作出董事不适合性声明及谴责。其中，董事不适合性声明是指香港联交所认为，黄先生不适合担任该公司或其任何附属公司的董事或高级管理阶层职务。
香港联交所就调查(其中包括)黄先生是否已履行《上市规则》的董事职责向黄先生发出调查函及提醒函。黄先生没有回复香港联交所的询问。
香港联交所提醒，董事即使已经辞任，亦必须配合香港联交所的调查。不配合香港联交所的调查属严重违反《上市规则》，并可能导致被施加最严重的纪律制裁。
