智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新数据显示，3月13日，Barclays PLC增持喜相逢集团(02473)3992.25万股，每股作价1.3317港元，总金额约为5316.48万港元。增持后最新持股数目约为9165.01万股，最新持股比例为5.92%。
补充资料：Notifiable interest first occurred due to increase in Equity shares. BBPLCs interests in 7190000 shares long and short and BCSLs interests in 4910000 shares short and 2280000 shares long as disclosed at box 22 pertain to an intragroup hedge between BBPLC and BCSL. Interests arising under the hedge are not double counted at BPLCs level.
