为何车企热衷用触控代替实体按键 法拉利CEO:能省一半成本

快科技3月19日消息,如今新车内饰越来越极简,大量实体按键被触控屏、触控按键取代,看似是追求科技感与智能化,实则藏着车企的成本算盘。

近日,法拉利CEO贝内代托·维尼亚公开戳破行业真相:触控方案相比传统实体按键,制造成本能省下近一半

实体按键的配套成本远高于大众认知,单个功能按键需要单独开模、定制零部件,还要配套专属线束、卡扣,生产后需经过十几万次按压耐久测试,研发、生产、组装全流程工序繁琐,批量生产成本居高不下。

而触控方案只需一块中控屏或触控面板,就能集成空调、音量、车辆设置等全部功能,省去海量模具与零部件成本,规模化量产后续摊薄成本更明显,这也是哪怕豪华、超跑品牌都纷纷跟进的核心原因

车企对外常以 “极简美学”“智能化适配” 为说辞,称触控设计更贴合当下审美,且能通过OTA升级拓展功能,不像实体按键功能固定、无法迭代。

但这套方案却彻底牺牲了用户体验,触控按键易误触、反光看不清、低温失灵,行车时盲操难度大,暗藏安全隐患,饱受车主吐槽

维尼亚坦言,触控按键更多是为供应链服务,而非用户体验。好消息是,包括法拉利在内的多家知名汽车,如大众、现代、奥迪等均已官宣回归实体按键,让操作更便列、更安全。
