Choo Chiang (SGX:42E) outlined its plans to propose a transfer to the mainboard of the SGX-ST and submitted an application related to the transfer on March 18, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The distributor of electric products has been listed on the Catalist Board since 2015 and has demonstrated sustained profitability in the last four financial years.
A listing on the Mainboard will improve the company's visibility and broaden its shareholder base.
The proposed transfer is subject to SGX approval and the ability of the company to satisfy relevant listing requirements.
