证券日报网讯 3月17日，金风科技发布公告称，本次担保全部发生后，公司及控股子公司对外担保余额为人民币6.89亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的比例为1.79%；其中公司及控股子公司对合并报表外单位提供的担保余额为人民币2.65亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的比例为0.69%。截至目前，公司及控股子公司无逾期担保、涉及诉讼的担保等。
