智通财经APP讯，鹰辉物流(01442)公布，由于委任Nexia一事出现意外延误，故Nexia需要额外时间以完成若干审核程序，包括但不限于(i)向银行、客户及供应商取得审核确认;及(ii) 核实期初结余。因此，公司预期将无法按照上市规则第13.49(1)条规定，于2026年3月31日或之前刊发集团本年度的经审核年度业绩(2025年年度业绩)。公司正紧密配合Nexia以完成集团本年度的审核工作。根据目前进度，公司预期将于2026年4月9日就2025年年度业绩刊发初步公告，并于2026年4月30日或之前寄发公司本年度的年报。
鉴于公司预期将无法于2026年3月31日或之前刊发2025年年度业绩，根据上市规则第13.50条，公司股份将自2026年4月1日(星期三)上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，直至刊发2025年年度业绩为止。
